Lori’s Gifts is uniquely dedicated to serving medical/hospital environments exclusively. We are diligent in listening to our guests about their daily lives in fast-paced, often stressful hospital environments, and how they might be improved. After receiving feedback from hospital surveys, we realized the need for a service that could provide escape and relaxation, and recently unveiled our new test-initiative called “Relaxed.”
Our inaugural Relaxed spa-massage service location opened its doors in July at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, GA. The facility features two private spa rooms with lighting, decor, and sensory experiences that evoke a tranquil zen garden escape.
Each room boasts a state-of-the-art new massage chair that features a personalized, touchless, full-body treatment tailored to individual guest preferences for a variety of massage experiences. The spa area shop has an impressive selection of soothing body care products, too.
Based on feedback from guests, the Relaxed facility is a hit.
