“Shonda is always happy, welcoming with a smile. I can walk into the gift shop grumpy and stressed. She will get a smile on my face by talking to me and just being a light for us all. She cares about everyone that comes in. We all tease her and aggravate her like she is a part of us, and she takes our banter well. She is a great person to have in the shop representing the hospital.”
“Shonda is always a pleasant face to see in the gift shop. She’s helpful and friendly. She is the only one at our location and we appreciate that she keeps our store open. Others have come and gone, but Shonda has been a consistent, positive presence. She knows what we like, and points out new items we’d be interested in purchasing. Sometimes I stop in just to say hi (but always leave with something, lol!). She also helps me pick out gifts when I’m being indecisive.”
