Lori’s celebrated the grand opening of its newest location, Store #476, at NewYork-Presbyterian Queens in Queens, New York, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony on August 5, 2025. Hospital staff, guests, and Lori’s team members came together to mark the exciting launch. The energy and support from the community made for a memorable celebration and a strong start.
Tracy Sinnott, Area Vice President at Lori’s Gifts, shared “I was proud to be part of the ribbon-cutting ceremony at our gift shop located inside NewYork-Presbyterian Queens. The field team did an outstanding job setting up the store, and I want to extend my sincere thanks to Andrew Dutka, Market Director for the Northeast; Dan Kuehn, Market Director for the Mid-Atlantic; and Sally Mehreteab, Store Manager, for their excellent work.” Tracy went on to say “We also partnered with the hospital’s Patient Experience team, led by Mercedes Reyes, to provide gift cards that can be shared with patients, families, and loved ones. A special thank you to our partner Bill Kelly at Sodexo for his continued support throughout the opening. We’re proud to be part of the Flushing, Queens community and look forward to continued success in the future.”
The Lori’s Gifts team was also grateful for the warm welcome from Stacey Petrower, President of NewYork-Presbyterian Queens, whose leadership helped foster a strong partnership from the very beginning.
